Fund Grants
Through its flagship outreach program, the Community Impact Fund, the Foundation awards $60,000+ each year to three small local non-profits, the majority of which have philanthropic ties to Columbia Country Club members.
2024 Community Impact Fund Grant Winners
Employee Grants
The Columbia Foundation awards grants through three internal programs that respond to the needs of Columbia Country Club’s most valued resource – its employees.
The Employee Assistance Fund supports those facing financial hardship, including covering emergency medical needs, housing relief, utilities payments, grocery subsidies, and more.
The Education Assistance Initiative supports Columbia employees as they pursue educational opportunities such as ESL classes, career enrichment and college degrees.
The Employee Family Scholarship Fund supports the educational ambitions of Columbia employees’ immediate spouses and dependents. This program is set to launch in January 2025 – more details coming soon!

History of Columbia Country Club
Columbia Country Club was established in 1898. The Club hosted the US Open golf tournament in 1921 as well as the 2003 US Junior Amateur Golf Championship and the 2021 US Girls’ Junior Golf Championship.
